Pondok Indah Office Tower 1

Pondok Indah Office Tower 1 (PIOT 1) was constructed on a sprawling land area of approximately 9,200 sqm. This marked the beginning of Pondok Indah’s journey into becoming a premier business hub.

Two years after construction, PIOT 1 officially opened its doors in 1996. The 12-story tower features three basement levels, providing ample parking for about 460 vehicles. With a leasable area of around 17,761 sqm, PIOT 1 quickly became a sought-after location for businesses.

Pondok Indah Office Tower 2

Expanding the office complex, Pondok Indah Office Tower 2 (PIOT 2) was built on an 8,000 sqm plot. Construction commenced in 2005, aiming to cater to the growing demand for office spaces in the area.

PIOT 2 began the operation in 2007, offering 17 floors of premium office spaces. The tower includes three basement levels with parking capacity for about 480 cars and provides approximately 26,151 sqm of leasable area. 

Pondok Indah Office Tower 3

Continuing the expansion, Pondok Indah Office Tower 3 (PIOT 3) was constructed on an 8,000 sqm site. The project commenced in 2010, introducing a modern addition to the office complex.

In 2012, PIOT 3 opened its 25 floors to businesses. This tower boasts three basement levels with parking lots for about 620 vehicles and offers approximately 34,778 sqm of leasable space. 

Pondok Indah Office Tower 5

Pondok Indah Office Tower 5 (PIOT 5) was unveiled in 2017, adding a 29 floors to the complex. The tower provides around 35,649 sqm of leasable area and features four basement levels capable of accommodating around 1,100 cars. 

Pondok Indah Office Tower 6

Pondok Indah Office Tower 6 (PIOT 6), a six-story building with approximately 5,799 sqm of leasable space, was completed in 2020. As of the end of 2022, PIOT 6 remains fully available, offering new opportunities for businesses seeking modern office environments.

In addition, PIOT 5 and PIOT 6 now feature a four-level basement to enhance parking facilities, accommodating up to around 1,100 vehicles. Moreover, strategic connections via bridges and tunnels were established between PIOT 2 and PIOT 3, ensuring seamless movement within the office complex.
